Agreement
By registering for RUNIFY 10K 2026 you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. If you do not agree with any part of these terms do not proceed with registration.
The Event
RUNIFY 10K 2026 is a community running and cultural festival organised by Gleamstone Events Ltd taking place on 30 August 2026 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 2ST.
Eligibility
4. Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
Each registration is personal and non-transferable except as set out in our Refund Policy
Providing false information during registration may result in disqualification without refund
Participants are responsible for ensuring all registration details are accurate
5. Race Day Rules
All participants must wear their race bib visibly at all times during the race
Participants must follow the official marked route
Cutting the course or interference with other participants will result in disqualification
Participants must follow all instructions from race marshals and officials
The use of wheeled assistance (other than wheelchairs) is not permitted unless pre-approved
Headphones are permitted but participants use them at their own risk
Pushchairs are permitted but must start from the rear designated zone
Dogs on leads are welcome but must start at the rear and owners remain fully responsible
6. Health and Safety
Participants take part entirely at their own risk
First aid will be available at multiple points on the course and at the finish line
RUNIFY officials and medical staff reserve the right to withdraw any participant from the race on safety grounds
In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control RUNIFY reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event
7. Photography and Media
By registering you consent to Gleamstone Events Ltd and its media partners using photographs and video footage taken on race day for promotional, editorial, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed notify us in writing before race day at contact@runify.co.uk.
8. Liability
Gleamstone Events Ltd accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event except where caused by the proven negligence of the organiser
A bag drop facility will be available on race day but all items are left at the participant's own risk
Participants are advised not to bring valuables to the event
9. Code of Conduct
RUNIFY is built on inclusion, respect, and community spirit. All participants, volunteers, and spectators are expected to:
Treat everyone with respect regardless of background, ability, or nationality
Refrain from any discriminatory, aggressive, or offensive behaviour
Support and encourage fellow participants
Follow all event rules and marshal instructions
Gleamstone Events Ltd reserves the right to remove any person from the event who breaches this code of conduct. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
10. Event Changes
Gleamstone Events Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the event including route, schedule, or activities where necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
