Refund Policy
1. General
All registration fees for RUNIFY 10K 2026 are paid in GBP (£). By completing your registration you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. Cancellation by Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@runify.co.uk with your full name and registration details. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
3. Entry Transfer
If you are unable to attend you may transfer your entry to another person up to 14 days before the event at no extra charge. To arrange a transfer email contact@runify.co.uk with both the original and new participant's details. The new participant must complete a fresh registration form.
4. Deferral
Entry deferral to a future RUNIFY event may be offered at the discretion of Gleamstone Events Ltd. Deferral requests must be made at least 14 days before the event. Deferred entries carry no cash value.
5. Cancellation by Organiser
If RUNIFY 10K 2026 is cancelled by Gleamstone Events Ltd due to circumstances within our control, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
If the event is cancelled or modified due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, public safety concerns, or acts of God, participants will be offered either:

A full refund of the registration fee, or

A deferred entry to the next RUNIFY event
Gleamstone Events Ltd will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants such as travel, accommodation, or equipment costs in the event of cancellation.
6. No Show
Participants who do not attend the event on race day without prior cancellation or transfer request are not entitled to a refund.
